Dr. Jeff Meldrum examines casts
I head to Idaho State University to meet with Dr. Meldrum after months of hit and miss meetings and expeditions. The first video you will see is when I am on my way to his office. I ponder what he will think of my casts, I met with him in Santa Cruz last year and showed him my first castings of 2007. I am now bringing my collection of casts 80 something at last count spanning over 150 miles over the sierras along with a sample of scat and a digging stick that I had taken samples from for DNA analysis. When I meet him he is very cordial and enthusiastic to see my casts. I explain to him my approach and technique which he finds very plausible as well as the details of all of the castings. I show him my data base which has reports from other sightings as well as my areas of collection and my areas of suspiscion. It feels great to put a thumbtack on an area of suspiscion and then another of where I cast tracks right next to it. He is very intrigued with the castings and readily agrees that the tracks are coming from the same individuals from so far apart. He keeps some casts to do some 3D scanning images on and takes pictures of different casts that have dermal ridges to send to Jimmy Chilcutt as well as following up on the hair sample I had sent him earlier. We are both stumped by the difference in anatomy of the larger traditional bigfoot casts compared to mine. It is a drastic metamorphis in the foot morphology that takes place as they become larger unless this is some sort of subspecies. Then again, there is a drastic change in eye position of flat fish like the flounder that takes place as they mature, but what about a mammal? let alone a primate? I leave with more questions than I do with answers. We have a gift exchange, Jeff gives me a cast of a knuckle print and another cast of a track taken in Walawala, I give him two large poster size photos that I had taken in the eastern sierras, Jeff thinks he got the better deal. We shake hands and talk about expeditions in the near future, I am heading home to establish a new base camp and explore new areas of opportunity. Stay tune for what I find. I got a good feeling about it.

This is on the way to the University from my hotel. I ponder what Dr. Meldrum's reaction will be to my casts.

I am in Dr. Meldrum's office snooping around as he takes pictures of my castings and chooses the best casts to 3D scan. I will post the scanning lab on another clip soon to come.

Dr. Meldrum verifies castings of same now tracked over 400 miles.
I am talking with Dr. Meldrum today and show him some more casts taken from an area I had spoken to him about ealier as being an area of prediction. I send him photos of casts taken from the eastern sierras to compare with my latest finds. He concludes that they did in fact come from the same individual. I ask him of the possiblility that someone with the same foot dimensions who is happening to walk barefoot in the areas where I am predicting to find tracks and are matching those from a group of individuals I have tracked now for over 400 miles. He tells me of an experiment that he did with a group of students having cast some of the group then having others identify pairs of feet reguardless of size. Dr. Meldrum looks at toe features, position and size to help identify individuals, he feels confident to tell me that these are in fact coming from the same indvidual. He is perplexed with the size and human like features that these have as opposed to the classical anatomical Sasquatch feet. He is in the process of purchasing a comparison microscope to also help him with another piece of evidence. I had submitted to him a hair sample I had taken from one of my casts. His first impression was that it did have the anatomical features of a Sasquatch hair but was much more coarse and needed further study. We talk about other things and then I thank him for his time. The following video is the comparison of castings. What do you think?

This is a comparison of castings one taken on the eastern side of the sierras and the latest one from the western side of the sierras. I have now tracked this group of individuals now over 400 miles.
