Hi hiker11,

Thank You very much for the Forum's compliment, as I have tried to improve the Forum with modifications. There is still other work for the website that I am trying to master, building web pages is important because we have .pdf's instead of a web page. I hope that everyone enjoys their time on the Forum.

The thread about my introduction to this Research is buried some where.

I have been in this Research for 4 years and have learned a lot along the way. I lived at the old Carter Farm and was amazed at what I found myself and what Jan has taught me. Then Igor Bourtsev lived with us there and I learned Researching with him.

I believe that I had a great start. (yes)

I know there is much more to learn and I am in hopes that we all can share what we have learned to finally prove this myth the proper way.

Hi Tom, I have only been at this for about a year now, I have been hiking in theses mountains for 40 years now, and know them well, The last 2 years I have noticed the Sasquatch in here and now leave them food, I am alone doing this and my friend and his dog come along most times too now, I have seen them and found many tracks and have many pics too. I have realy gotten into it now, I have had many sleepless nights because of it, I work for a Martial Arts stunt fight company up here, And we work at night mostly so I can hike in the day, I live 5 min from the mountains which is great.

hiker11, isn't it amazing when you finally notice that the Forest Friends are around, all those other years hiking you wonder "How did I miss this before?"

Most of our society just does not pay that much attention to their immediate surroundings while in the forest or else where. The FFs are masters of not being noticed if they prefer not to be and easily overlooked. But there are those out of place circumstances that will grab your attention "if" you notice.

You most diffenetly have some great Research areas around you and being so close really helps with the costs of fuel. We live in town now and I miss the privacy of the country and the more frequent visits of our FFs.

Have you looked through our Gallery yet? If you have any pics that you feel safe to share, you can register for your own album there and post some pics of your Research findings. I am still trying to figure out how to integrate the Gallery with the website so that it has our header.
