Report from Indiana..Three men were in west central Indiana spotting deer one night. They were using a very powerful light that had no problem lighting up the woods pretty good. One paticular area they would always see two does with their fawns..always. This paticular evening they did not see them and they thought that was peculiar. They turned off the light and sat in the truck for a moment parked in a small parking area. The man on the passenger side of the truck said suddenly he felt something grab a hold of his arm that was out side the truck because the window was rolled down. He said it did not jerk but was very slowly pulling him thru the window ..the man weighed about 250 pounds. The guy sitting in the middle grabbed him by the waist and this thing kept pulling and was pulling him outside the truck as well. It was so dark they could not see anything ..they were literally being taken out of the truck thru the window. The driver started the truck and as soon as the engine started whatever it was let go. None of the men saw anything but the man who was grabbed said it felt like a very large hand that had a hold of him, there was no question in his mind. lbattson

Thank you for this very interesting report Larry. All I can say is that I'm glad the driver started the truck or the other man in the passengers seat may have been a hubby for a female Sassy. Maybe the light got it upset and it was going to take it out on the passenger man if it could get him out the window?
Yours,
Jan

Wow Larry,

That is a pretty exciting encounter, I just wonder what the cries for help sounded like that the 250lb man was making at the time.

We know that most types of light hurt their eyes, it makes me wonder if he was just being warned not to come back around there with that spot light. By the sounds of the encounter, it could have been a whole lot worse. But the FF was very leaniant and careful with him, it just did not want trouble.

I am guessing that this is the encounter that was shown on the new Monster Quest "Monster Close Encounters".

I think it is, Tom. It's certainly similar to the description given by Larry in the first post. I really enjoyed tonight's episode. It seems the episodes on hairy hominids are the better of the MQ episodes. There are some others that feature cryptids I am interested in, but for the most part, my favorites are the ones on our large hairy friends. I am hoping there are more 'Squatch episodes this season.

Folks, I re-read it and I most likely think the Big Guy just is P.O. because the little guy shine a powerful light beam out there. Mind you do not shine a powerful light beam in my face if we ever goes on an outing. You will have a broken spotlight. It takes a long time to get eyes adjusted to night, In right conditions your eyes will became adjusted to the night with little moonlights so you do not need flashlights to look around and what is more not using flashlight you have the advantage over the Big Guys when your eyes are adjusted to the night and more likely will bump into the Big Guy.

OK back to the Big Guy pulling the man out of truck G E N T L Y. LOL Bet he Poop in his drawers.

That's wild. I've heard of people walking into them in the night and hitting a hairy wall, but never pulled from an auto--a car jacking forest friend!

The light must have been attached to the truck, or they would have turned the light on whatever was doing the pulling.

Yea, that was on MonsterQuest today again. Not sure when it really happened though? I'll also point out that while i believe the guy who was grabbed he did "fail" a lie detector test. But still maintains it happened....

Yea Gene, it is wild because the friend that pulled him back into the truck passed the lie detector test. I myself have never had to take a lie detector test for anything. On the show the specialist said that it takes like 2 to 4 hours. I would get uncomfortable in that time.

I turned the sighting over to Monster Quest and participated in that episode. The young man that it happened to was pretty shook up and when he told me of the incident. I do not know when the stuff that I filmed with them will air. Personally and I told the MQ crew that the bigfoot expeditions that they film are....pretty dumb. These guys with their 4 wheelers and hi tech equipment could not find a mountain lion and they are not nearly as wary as a sasquatch........lbattson
