I found this bedding area while researching at the old Carter Farm. From its location the old farm house and the neighbors trailer could be viewed. I went and retrieved Jan and Igor to show them the finding. Igor was so ecstatic on how much hair was found. No cattle or horses had pastured that area for around 8 years. There was so much hair in the branches above the bed.

Do you have any photo's of the hair that was found. I dont really see from the pics that there is any hair, but that doesnt say much, because I am sure that it would not show without a close up. Are these the only photo's of your Bed?

I would suggest , for better documentation in this area(Beds, Perches)
that you:
#1 DO NOT DISTURB THE BED BY LYING IN IT! I know by entering a hunting perch that he/she(BF) will track your scent back to your campsite/cabin/location. This could cause you to have the kind of BF experience you would not enjoy. We want you around to gather this evidence, so please , for the sake of us all, be more careful. We need our trackers safe and sound so that we all can bennefit from thier finds.
#2. Get better defined photo's of the ground upclose within the bed area.
#3 Get better upclose brach photo's above the bed to show hair/bows/etc.
#4. Map your photos and describe what direction we are facing in the photo.
#5 Do not alter the area! Walk soft and do not leave evidence of any kind of disrespect. I feel they know what you were doing there should they return. Take photos with a camera with a good zoom, and try not to enter the bed at all!

Thanx or posting your find.I will look real hard in our search next month for signs of his resting places. We hope to hike all across the Ridge here all the way to Blacksnake. I believe I will find something there(at Blacksnake)
My only hold up will be to get all the permissions from land owners to travel the whole distance. I am sure I have found a major route of at least one BF with a foot size of 1 foot 4 inches long. I made sure to get permission to enter the property where my photo was taken near the water tower. The other photo was on State Highway and within the public right of way. Know if you are tresspassing.
Last but not least, remember to harbor no thoughts or fears of a confrontation with Bigfoot. Let him know that you are only there for his benneficience and preservation. Should he/she be proven to exist, BF will be the most protected species we have ever known. We must make our FF's feel that we are exactly that:Friends.

I cannot remember if we took any close ups of the overhead branches or bedding, I will have to ask Igor if he has these images because it was his camera that we used. This bedding is from a family of FFs that Jan has known for years and I am sure knew our scents already. I had even found a compacted resting area that was maybe 12ft from the bedroom window that Jan & I slept in. It was up under a bush that would have created more cover.

Thank You very much for your advice though for better documenting finds. I was very new to this Research then and have really advanced since for the proper techniques.

I hope that you have a great time out Researching your area and that you do find some new evidence. If you do have any Forest Friends turn up in your vicinity, just talk to them and tell them you mean no harm and are a friend. If you can bring an audio recorder with you and please try and get communication correspondence recorded with them. you may be able to understand some of what they say to you if you did accomplish communications. Audio recordings are as important as video footage to prove whom they are.
