You may have noticed that some members on the users online list are colored these people are staff.

Administrators are blue




Content Staff is green



Moderators are red



Bigfoot Moderators are brown



Specialist Moderators are orange

You also my have noticed some members with Bigfoot Member or cryptozoology Member! under there name you can also earn this by posting! Just don't spam...

Of course New Member is anyone below 1 post. They have very limited Forum options.

To become a Member you need 1 post and you earn more Forum Options.

To become a Bigfoot Member you just need 15 posts thats easy :D and you earn all Forum Options without moderation. But please do not abuse the trust earned.

Sasquatch Member has posted 50 posts.

Yeti Member has posted 200 posts.

To become a cryptozoology Member! well you need 700 posts wow :shocked:

This had to be done because of all the Spam we have been receiving from new Members registering and posting junk, sometimes filth.

We now have New Members that are going to be Moderated and have less Forum Options.

Members that have posted at least 1 post will have more Forum Options but will still be Moderated.

Bigfoot Members that have posted at least 15 posts have all Forum permissions and are not Moderated because they have earned the Staffs respect.

Sasquatch Member has posted 50 posts.

Yeti Member has posted 200 posts.

Cryptozoology Member has posted 700 posts.

But if any Member or Bigfoot Member looses our respect they will be dropped back to a beginning group and begin the rise to respect again unless they are permanently banned.

If you are a new member and you want to earn more Forum options, introduce yourself in the Newby Meet and Greet. That is a great start.

is there any way to put up my own avitar? i only have a selection of 2 different ones. wasnt it 30 posts not long ago to be a bigfoot member?

We have had so many Members registering and posting so much Spam and some of it very filthy. We can not allow such filth because we are trying to keep this a Public Forum where the younger generation feels welcomed. We have had to tighten our security for New Members. So we have adjusted our other user Groups in correspondence to this fact.

The more that you post and join in, the more options you are allowed.

Yes, when you have become a Member you are allowed to put your own avatar. We are just not allowing avatars with motion.

awesome. thank you! i had checked a few days ago, and had not seen that upload box. it always mentioned putting one up, but there was no option, i don't believe. thank you tom for always being on top of things! and steve thank you for all of your insight and information you have to share! our forum is growing bigger and bigger too! this is great!
