I feel priviledged being a member of this wonderful message forum. 'Tis certainly a breath of fresh air from all of the other "crap" forums that are out there. Back when I had the original Chattahoochee Bigfoot forum, I tried to "weed out" the politics. You guys are doing a much better job than I ever did!!!!!
I STRONGLY commend your efforts Jan, Tom and Igor(and any others I failed to mention due to my ignorance). Let me say that as long as the "riff-raff" is kept out, you guys will excel tremendously.
Jan and Tom, don't let the "Mary-ite's" get to you. In their own due time, all things will be revealed to them. We just happened to realize how things actually were before the others;)

I love both of you and I hope to see you in February.

Thank You Jeff for your comments. We are hoping that we can get every member to be civilized with each other here. It is not for us, we all need to pull together and do a sort of community service to help the Forest Friends. That is the only way that we will be able to get along. Think of it being a community service. The Forest Friends are a people, all though a hidden people, but who can really blame them. For what their forefathers viewed of how the Native Americans were treated and slaughtered. They are afraid of most of us, our civilization has become so ugly in its ways toward each other and mother earth.

They respect mother earth and cherish her.

We feel privileged having everyone here with us in this forum. We do strive to keep it civil and all member's participation friendly with others. We may not all share the same views but as long as we can treat each other in a respectable way we can certainly work together.
I know first hand all you did with the Chattahoochee bigfoot forum we were members of before. I think a lot of it had to do with the website not being so secure. What you needed and never ask anyone for was help running the forum and site. It takes a lot to do it, and the more people you have monitoring the less anyone has to put up with the negative which becomes very depressing if you let it get to you. I think you did a great job running the CBO.
Yes certainly some of us realized before others exactly how things were and are. I know it caused some hard feelings among some of us. Yet we had to do something to get the word out to the public and help educate everyone. If you know anything as fact and true and you wish to change the worlds view on it you have to sometimes break ties with people that do not wish to come forward with you. A small little group of people keeping things only among each other never will solve anything. Sometimes you have to place yourself out on the furtherest limb of the tree in order to achieve your goals. It doesn't matter what others say or have said or done in the long run as long as you change peoples view a step at a time as to what these wonderful hominids we call Bigfoot are and how they too have feelings, understanding and culture.
None of us expect to win everyone's approval, but if we just win a few at a time that is enough as long as we all stand together better educated as to whom these big hairy people are. They need help too and protected and their lands protected. We may say and ask why when they have hidden for this long from us? Just take a look around you there is the answer to the why. We cut down forest everyday in mass and build our own homes and townships giving little thought to any of the wildlife and other people out there that may need a place to live also. It may not be today, but sooner or later where will all the bigfoot, deer, wolves, bear and all the other animals go, and how will they survive?
Right now my children will live to see the extinction of the cheetah, whale, and several other animals if something is not done now. They will never know the California Condor, Tasmania wolf or any of the others that are already gone. Do we not think our children may like to have seen these or that they may not wish to have them about in the future? We are just talking about animals here what about all the other people in different cultures and lands that are being forced out? What will happen to them? Look at the history of the Aboriginal People in Australia, they were forced into basic slavery and the whites there tried to do away with the real blood line by not letting them have spouses among their own peoples. Don't believe me go to you local movie rental store and rent the movie Rabbit Proof Fence. This story is just about one woman when she was a young girl and what happened there among the Aboriginal Peoples. I could go on with other peoples here but best get off the soap box before I upset myself along with many others.
All I have to say is this. It does not matter what color of skin you have, or what you look like, or how short or tall you are, or if you are hairy or as naked as the day you were born, we are all brothers and sisters in this cruel old world. People need to wake up and treat each other with respect.
