Hi all thanks for the welcome.

I'm from northern GA (live on lake lanier) and love it here. I'm an avid hiker/nature person and feel lucky to have a lot of great places in "my neck of the woods" so to speak. Some of my favorite areas are near the GA - TN - SC border. I tend to spend my spare time wandering around in those parts. (as well as paddle a few rivers here n there)
